Wix Widget

Add SupportUnicorn to Your Wix Site

If your team already triages client conversations in shared Slack Connect channels, the SupportUnicorn widget adds a second way for visitors to reach you straight from your Wix site, and every message lands in the same queue your team already checks. It does not answer questions, book appointments, or qualify leads on its own, and it is not a general-purpose AI chatbot for anonymous visitors.

What It Actually Does

One custom code embed, the same queue

Built for teams whose support already runs through Slack Connect.

One embed, any Wix template

A single script added through the Wix Custom Code panel works with any Wix template, no coding beyond a copy-paste.

Same triaged queue

Messages from the widget land in the same queue as your Slack Connect channels, with ownership and open or closed state, not a separate inbox to check.

No AI auto-answers

A real person on your team sees and answers every message. Nothing gets auto-booked, auto-qualified, or auto-closed.

Works on Wix Stores pages too

The widget appears on any Wix page, including a Stores checkout flow, but it does not do order lookups or automated product Q&A.

Async loading

The script loads without blocking the rest of your page.

One flat price

$49 a month per connected Slack workspace. The widget is included, not billed as a separate add-on.

Install it on Wix

Step 1: Connect your Slack workspace

Sign up at supportunicorn.com and connect the Slack workspace your team already uses for client channels.

Step 2: Copy your widget script

Grab the widget script from your account's Channels page.

Step 3: Add it to Wix

From your Wix Dashboard, go to Settings > Advanced > Custom Code, add the script, and set it to load on Body - End for All Pages.

Step 4: Apply

Click Apply. New widget messages now show up in your triaged Slack Connect queue alongside everything else.

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers before you install anything.

Is this an AI chatbot that answers Wix visitors automatically?

No. SupportUnicorn does not generate automatic answers or resolve questions on its own. The widget captures the message and adds it to your triaged Slack Connect queue, where a real person on your team owns and answers it, the same as a message that arrived in a Slack Connect channel.

Can it book appointments or qualify leads automatically?

No. SupportUnicorn does not automate bookings or lead qualification. It gets a visitor's message into your triaged Slack Connect queue, where your team decides what happens next.

Does it work with Wix Stores?

The widget itself is not Wix Stores-specific: it is the same custom code embed on any Wix page, including a Stores checkout flow. It does not look up orders or answer product questions automatically.

Will the widget slow down my Wix site?

The widget script loads asynchronously, so it does not block the rest of the page from rendering. It behaves the same as any other custom code embed added through the Wix Custom Code panel.

Do I need Slack Connect already set up to use this?

Yes, in practice. The widget is a second inlet into the same queue as your Slack Connect channels, not a standalone inbox. If your team's client conversations do not already run through shared Slack Connect channels, start with our guide to using Slack for customer support before adding the widget.

How much does it cost?

SupportUnicorn is $49 a month per connected Slack workspace, flat, with no per-seat fee and no free tier. The website widget is included at that price, it is not billed separately per site.
