How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the sign-in page, enter your email, and follow the reset link sent to your inbox.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard and click "Cancel Subscription." You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing.

Where can I find my API key?

Your API key is available in Settings → API in your SupportUnicorn dashboard.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@123x.dev with "Account Deletion" in the subject line. We'll process your request within 48 hours.
