Zendesk Sidebar Enhancements
Continued Zendesk v2 polish — improved sidebar UI with better escalation display, corrected domain references, and a cleaner layout for ticket context.
Building on the Zendesk v2 stability release, we shipped another round of UI improvements to the sidebar app based on feedback from teams using it daily.
Updated domain references
All escalation links now correctly point to supportunicorn.com instead of the previous .ai domain. Links in escalation summaries, ticket references, and sidebar actions all resolve to the right destination.
Cleaner sidebar layout
The sidebar now renders ticket context and AI suggestions with improved spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy. Navigation icons are sharper and consistent with the rest of the SupportUnicorn UI.
Escalation trigger display
Escalation triggers shown in the sidebar now display their conditions and actions more clearly, making it easier for agents to understand why a conversation was escalated.
